Founded in 1998, Backup & Running was one of the pioneers of online data backup services in the UK. Since then the business has successfully risen to become one of the leading online backup services in Europe supporting all types of businesses from sole traders, to SME's, to large multi national, multi site organisations.

In 2003 Backup & Running joined the newly formed Access Intelligence Plc, which comprises of technology-based companies providing business critical, compliance-related software services, data management systems, and Information Technology services to businesses. Each company in the Access Intelligence group functions as a completely self regulating entity, reporting to the Access Intelligence Board on company performance, strategic planning and investment developments.

7. If you subscribe to our managed service we commit to rigorous daily checks of your backup logs, to promptly reporting and working with you to find the reason for, and correct any possible errors.

8. To maintain ourselves, and insist on in our suppliers, the high levels of security that have seen both our data centre's and our firewall's attain BS7799 & ISO17799 Certification

9. To make expert advice available to our clients on a wide range of matters additional to data backup, such as Networking, Legislation, Information Security, IT System Security, and Disaster Recovery so providing a full and responsive advisory service to assist you in successfully developing your backup strategy.
